According to a report, former President Donald Trump took to social media on Saturday to lash out at his former aide and current co-host of The View, Alyssa Farah Griffin, labeling her a “loser” and a “backbencher” in a video that was posted to the Truth social media account.
Griffin is a frequent and vocal opponent of Trump in the media, and she recently alleged that the ex-president’s abusive behavior against young female workers was an “open secret” during her tenure there. Griffin claimed that she had informed Representatives Mark Meadows of several similar occurrences.
After calling Griffin one of many “sleazebags” who used to work for him earlier this month, Trump posted a video of her applauding Trump as a remarkable man, raving about how wonderful it is to work for him.
The report notes it was unclear what caused Trump to sound off.
Alyssa Farah Griffin, who served as a “backbencher” in Trump’s administration, said the administration did a “great job” even after she had gone. Trump said she was a loser back then and a loser still.
Trump then posted that there was more to follow.
According to a report, the former Vice President Mike Pence’s press secretary, White House communications director, and Pentagon press secretary, Farah Griffin, had high-level jobs in the Trump administration.
Reports show she played a pivotal role in 2020 as Trump’s deputy chief of staff in crafting the administration’s narrative in regard to the coronavirus epidemic.
In her resignation letter, sent in December 2020, Griffin expressed gratitude for her time serving in the government.
She previously served in Congress for the Freedom Caucus and the man who would become Trump’s chief of staff, Mark Meadows. She got her start at her father’s “alt-right” website, WorldNetDaily.
In 2021, Griffin began working as an analyst for CNN.
Many conservatives doubt Farah Griffin’s sincerity after her 180-degree turn on Trump, while other liberals will never forgive her for working in a government they despise.
