Former President Donald Trump, before his arraignment in D.C., maintained a change of venue is required because achieving a fair trial is unattainable there. He has advocated for a federal capture of the nation’s capital.
Trump said that Crooked Joe Biden and Deranged Jack Smith’s newest phony case will hopefully be relocated to a politically neutral location, like the neighboring state of West Virginia. On the evening before his arraignment, Trump took to Truth Social to vent his frustrations with Biden, the special counsel, plus the anti-Trump DC.
Trump went on to say that he advocated for a federal takeover in order to bring our capital back to greatness. The high rate of crime there is now embarrassing for the United States and the whole globe. Election tampering is at the heart of this indictment.
Trump carried West Virginia in 2016 by a margin of 42% and is expected to win the state again in 2020 with a majority of 68% of the vote. The New York Times reports that the deep red state of West Virginia has not chosen a Democrat as its presidential nominee since Bill Clinton in 1996.
The special counsel for Smith presented Trump with a four-count indictment on Thursday afternoon. Trump is the frontrunner for the 2024 Republican presidential nominee. Trump has been accused of engaging in fraud against the United States, obstructing and trying to hinder an official procedure, and conspiring to violate people’s constitutional rights.
In addition to the defendants, the indictment names six unidentified co-conspirators.
Hunter Biden’s payments from Russian and Kazakh authorities were revealed by the House Oversight Committee. Russian billionaire Yelena Baturina, Burisma Holdings, and Kazakh tycoon Kenes Rakishev are all named as donors in the analysis.
According to the Oversight Committee, the Bidens and their connections have reportedly received over $20 million from foreign sources.
Reports show that while Joe Biden was vice president, Hunter marketed him as “the brand.” Besides connecting people with Joe Biden and other members of the Biden network, no actual services were provided.
