Kimberly Gardner, the St. Louis Circuit Attorney, who received funding from Soros, was recently sacked by Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey and has been chastised by Missouri’s highest court for misbehavior in a case. She’s fighting the decision.
According to a report, Alan Dershowitz, a former professor at Harvard, says that Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s plan to charge the former President with a crime for allegedly paying settlement money to an adult movie actress is worse than Al Capone’s case. He refers to how police finally put the Chicago gangster in jail for tax evasion.
Dershowitz said this was more severe than the case of Al Capone, who was sentenced to prison for failure to pay taxes. In Capone’s case, they at least got him for actual tax violations.
According to Dershowitz, the Trump investigation is even more ridiculous since the prosecutor is trying to go after a felony and misdemeanor that are far outside their limitation periods and were not pursued by the prior district attorney or the Department of Justice (DOJ).
According to an article from The Daily Mail, Bragg received over $1 million from Color Of Change PAC for his election campaign in 2021, which George Soros funds.
Former Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner, St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner, and LA County DA George Gascon are just a few of the progressive prosecutors who have received substantial campaign contributions from Soros.
