1792 Exchange CEO Vows to Continue Fight Against Corporate DEI Programs

In the United States, over the last several years, the political climate within the country has deteriorated markedly. Indeed, the atmosphere has become one of great volatility and uncertainty. The calendar year of 2024 continues to progress, and the United States moves increasingly closer to the upcoming 2024 presidential election contest. Most recent polls forecast a dead heat in the projected race between the incumbent president of the United States Joe Biden and the former 45th president Donald Trump. The election is likely to be decided by several crucial swing states like Pennsylvania, Nevada, Georgia. Wisconsin, and others. Trump currently holds narrow leads in these states. Ultimately, the election is likely to be decided by a small percentage of swing voters as the country is quite polarized.

While the former 45th president Donald Trump is quite vulnerable and disliked politically, President Biden is not in the best shape himself. Following the first presidential debate which occurred on June 27th, Democrats have increasingly called for Biden to step aside after the events of the night. Biden stumbled through the evening and often appeared incoherent. Ultimately, though, it is unlikely that Biden will step aside, as he is the sitting president and has secured enough delegates already through the primaries to keep the nomination.

A poor showing on the debate stage is not the only thing that is hindering Democrats this election cycle. Bidens poor economic record, the millions of illegal migrants that have flooded the country, and a true national security crisis all weaken his candidacy. In the social sphere, “woke” advertising campaigns have flopped for progressives (notably, Anheuser-Busch lost billions in revenue last summer). The CEO of the 1792 Exchange, Daniel Cameron (the former attorney general of Kentucky) vowed to keep fighting woke agendas in corporate America and touted a recent successful initiative against Tractor Supply Company regarding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion materials. The group advocates for neutral corporate politics.
